Every fall, one of our BFF's has a pumpkin painting party at her home in Bella Vista. It's a great reason to take a drive and see the trees at the perfect time of year. We have been getting together for as many years as I can remember, and it's always something the boys really look forward to. 
In the past, we have painted pumpkins each year. Since the boys are older now, we carved pumpkins instead. 
Tommy helped them all get their "lid" off, and they all loved digging in to make the best pumpkin ever.
Any excuse to go to the lake is a great idea to me! Thanks Jen for inviting us!
