Remove training wheels, Check!
We have been working for quite some time to get our little guy off of training wheels. So, last night, he was riding in the cul-de-sac with his little friends. One of them is a 5 year old girl, and she was taking it upon herself to teach him to ride his 2 wheeler correctly.
She stood there with her hands on her hips, and said... “NO, don’t move your handle bars like this! Keep them straight. I SAID, keep them straight. Now pedal. PEDAL!” Finally after a while of that, I heard her say, “You’re doing it! You’re doing it! Good job!”
I guess I should have had a 5 year old training him a long time ago. He would have learned much quicker!
