Conner has been waiting for this day for at least 5 years. Since he's almost 6, that's a really long time. He has done his share of following around his big brothers to their sports practices, games, and events. He always has asked, "Why can't I play too?" Today was his big day, and he went to his first practice for Upward Football. When I asked him to go and get ready for practice, I had no idea he would come out with a full uniform, including a Tom Brady jersey, Dallas Cowboy pants, complete with a sports bag packed with a mouthpiece, football gloves, and a Capri Sun. Did I mention that he's only 5, going on 13?
