Alright, I've had so many people ask me about the outcome of our little varment trap, that I just had to give you the end of the story. We DID in fact trap a skunk in our little possum trap.
But, lucky us, the trap door didn't go down, and THANK THE LORD he casually walked right out of our clever little trap.
Lesson learned. Get rid of the cat food on the back porch so the neighborhood varments don't take up residence on your back porch. Who knew there were so many animals having a party on our patio each night?
And let's just be really clear here. Please don't judge my photography skills, because these photos were taken THROUGH our back door, because I was NOT going to open the door to get a better shot of our little skunk friend.
