One of our favorite Christmas family traditions is to go to Branson each year, and visit Silver Dollar City while it is all lit up for Christmas. I can't think of anything more festive this time of year.
So, after we got out of school for Christmas break, off we went to enjoy the lights, and the fun rides!
One of the things I love about Silver Dollar City is the fact that they still honor Christmas as the celebration of Christ's birthday.
Of course the hit of this trip, was the fact that Conner had grown enough to get to ride some of the bigger rides. We're not completely sure if it was the pom pom on his cap that sent him over the top, but either way, we're taking it.
After dark, the whole place is lit up like a village. It's just beautiful. And COLD, very COLD. 
Finally, everyone got tired, and COLD, and it was time to go.
