This one's for the Grandmas...

I know we haven't uploaded any pictures lately. We've been busy schooling.

This week, we did have the chance to sneak away for a few days of vacation in Kansas City. Guess where we went during the middle of winter?

That's right, to the Great Wolf Lodge with an indoor water park! We were only a tad bit crazy to go in the middle of the winter.

Does it look like we had the whole place to ourselves? Because we practically did!

I think off season might just be the way to go.

They had so much for the kids to do. And wouldn't you know who loved the arcade the most? My biggest kid of all...

On the way home, I asked the boys what their favorite part of the trip was, and they said, "spending time together as a family."

Well, that says it all! Mission accomplished.
